The banjo playing continues. I'm still having trouble with the blasted C chord. I must be missing something.
I went to our local book store and they had nothing in the way of instruction manuals. So I put in a small order from Amazon. Hopefully that will give me some more to work on.

Work has been busy. I've been ordering new stuff with a vengeance. This has caused me to be lost and confused. I've forgotten what I've ordered, what I need, and when it's coming. My companies have not been helpful. Once place held my order for a week before they shipped it. It usually goes out the next day. Before I got the first order, I ordered again from them and then when the first order came in I thought it was the second and I thought that I hadn't ordered the stuff they sent me. But one thing that came in was a display case that I've been trying to get for two months.

Another company was moving it's warehouse. So there has been a delay there. That was okay though...because I knew about that. I have since ordered from them a second time. It's possible that I'll get both orders at the same time.
Some places send a tracking number and others don't. I should have at least 3 packages coming today. 2 Fedex which I should get before I leave for work and 1 UPS that should come later this afternoon.

I've been trying to get larger hookahs, 3 or 4 hose. Everybody seems to be out of them. This is a pain.... Many of the places that I get stuff will list things that are out of stock on the web site. So I tend to think they have the things they say they do. Then when the order comes...it turns out I don't get them. If I know somebody doesn't have something....I'll get it from someone else.
In this particular case I've got a guy that wants a larger hookah....and I have to keep putting him off. I haven't seen him in a while....he probably went somewhere else to get it. :(



I've got this room...in my house....It's suppose to be a bedroom...but it has been a storage room for about 8 years or so. I'd put things from the funeral home in there mostly. This is an animal free zone so the things that I didn't want to get torn up are in there. Last fall I started digging around in there and moving things out and throwing away things and what not.....and then I stopped.
This morning I went back in and went through a few things and found more stuff to throw away.

One of these days I'll get things back under control. I've had emotional problems with getting rid of things in the past....but I think I'm over most of that now. So away it goes.

I had thought in the past that I would get back into the funeral business and I would need those things. Or I had emotional connection to some of the stuff and I just couldn't let it go.

Last spring and fall I went through the garage....there was stuff there too. I got rid of a bunch of stuff. There is still major organization to do...but most of the extra stuff is gone.

I have way....WAY...too much stuff for this house.
When I get that part of it under control....I want to redo much of the house.
Paint, carpet, new kitchen (cabinets, flooring, paint, built-in dishwasher etc), new bathroom (everything....tub, toilet, sink, flooring, paint).


I keep working on these things....slowly....it all goes very very slowly.
I'll be happier when spring springs. This has been a long winter.
